Reverse Pitch & Industry Showcase

The Careers in Demand program is designed to connect Indigenous youth with employers in high-demand industries such as healthcare, law enforcement, public safety, tech, and trades. Unlike traditional career fairs, employers "pitch" their career opportunities to the youth, showcasing why their industries are exciting and rewarding. The program equips youth with essential career preparation tools like resume building, interview skills, and LinkedIn setup, all while providing opportunities to engage in hands-on industry demonstrations. The event also offers networking opportunities and access to direct career pathways, including internships, job shadowing, mentorship, and scholarships.
