Selina Pechlaner is the founder and lead economic developer at Inge Development. In her role, she is responsible for creating and implementing sustainable, community-driven growth strategies, particularly for First Nations and remote communities. Selina works to connect communities with resources, partnerships, and tailored expertise to address local challenges. Selina’s approach combines a deep commitment to understanding the unique dynamics of each community with a problem-solving mindset, using her ability to absorb complex data and engage meaningfully with people to uncover sustainable opportunities for growth, align individual goals with broader community aspirations, and turn underutilized assets into impactful solutions. Her team benefits from her ability to connect complex data with practical, human-centered solutions. By fostering a deep understanding of community dynamics and focusing on collaborative problem-solving, Selina helps her colleagues advance in their work through strategic guidance and innovative solutions for local economic development.

Gabriela is responsible for strengthening the company’s internal operations, overseeing website development, managing social media engagement, and leading the design and implementation of key programs. She plays a key role in developing curricula and content for the company’s courses and programs, and she teaches the courses as well. Gabriela actively participates in community activities, contributing to the company’s outreach and impact. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective to the team, aligning perfectly with the company’s mission to drive innovation and inclusivity, combining an ecological and inclusive approach to education, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. Gabriela is an occupational therapist, professional mentor, writer of the book integrative human development and scientific articles published in Spanish and English with expertise in integrative human development and training specialist. After gaining extensive experience in both public and private systems, she founded the Center for Integrative Support to Child, Youth, and Family in Santiago, Chile, in 2016. A year later, she established the Online School of Integrative Human Development, which focuses on facilitating personal and professional growth through an ecological, inclusive, innovative, and holistic approach.

As a consulting industry expert at Inge Development, Stephanie brings her expertise in product line development, branding, and retail to support communities and businesses, helping them grow through innovative and sustainable approaches. Stephanie’s innovative and entrepreneurial mindset helps businesses build strong brands and achieve sustainable success. At Inge Development, Stephanie is responsible for providing strategic guidance on product development and branding, ensuring businesses can build strong, impactful brands while maintaining sustainable practices. Her knowledge and experience help the team advance by offering valuable insights into retail operations and market trends. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Design and has been recognized as one of the top local designers in Vancouver by the Georgia Straight for over a decade. She is the founder of successful clothing and lingerie stores in Vancouver and Victoria and has taught at renowned institutions such as Emily Carr University, Simon Fraser University, and LaSalle College of Applied Arts & Design.

With a deep understanding of Canadian politics and macroeconomic trends, Kyle brings a nuanced perspective to economic development projects. He is particularly inspired by the connection between economic and human development, recognizing the ways in which policy, investment, and social structures shape long-term prosperity. Beyond his work with Inge Development, Kyle is an executive member of the UFV Economics Student Association, where he helps students engage with professional development opportunities in economics. His passion for research and policy analysis makes him a valuable asset to the Inge Development team.

Graphic & Digital Designer
Eseniia is a graphic and digital designer at Inge Development. She is responsible for designing the website, creating social media content, and managing all graphic content and branding. She ensures everything looks cohesive and reflects the company’s mission while keeping the brand visually engaging and consistent. With the strong skills in visual arts and graphic design, Eseniia brings creative ideas and professional design approach to Inge Development, helping strengthen the brand across digital and print platforms. Eseniia has practised in brand identity, digital design, and visual storytelling. She is graduating with a Diploma in Graphic and Digital Design from the University of the Fraser Valley and has hands-on experience in production and cover illustration for newspaper.
