FireSmart 101 provides 

• An introduction to FireSmart and its principles 

• Helps participants understand the need to protect homes and properties from wildfire 

• Defines the wildland urban interface 

• Outlines the seven FireSmart disciplines 

• Explains the FireSmart the home ignition zone.
